Our mission

“Together in growth, guided by grace.”

01 — Our Story

Why “Think Sync”

Think Sync Therapy Services was founded by Dr. Mia Gallegos, DBH, M.S., M.A., BCBA, LBA — a Southwest Florida native with a deep, personal commitment to giving back to the community she grew up in. After years of clinical training, she saw families in her own community searching for ABA care that felt personal, not transactional — and Think Sync was built to be that.

We named this company Think Sync because that's what we believe good care requires: your child's needs, your family's daily life, and our clinical expertise, all moving together — not working against each other.

02 — Our Approach

Family-centered, from the first conversation.

No two children are the same, and no two families need the same thing from a therapy provider. That's why every plan we write starts with listening — to your child, and to you.

  • 01

    You know your child best.

Our job is to build expertise around that — not override it.

  • 02

    Therapy should fit your life.

Not the other way around — which is why we come to you.

  • 03

    No black boxes.

You'll always know what we're working on, and why.

03 — Our Team

Credentialed, caring, consistent.

Think Sync Therapy Services is led by Dr. Mia Gallegos. She earned her bachelor's degree from Ave Maria University, and both her master's and doctoral degrees from Arizona State University.

This isn't just a career for her — it's personal. She's deeply committed to giving back to the Southwest Florida community she grew up in, and to helping local children and families get the ABA support they need.

Dr. Gallegos is supported by a team of trained behavior technicians who work consistently with your child — building real relationships, not rotating through unfamiliar faces.

04 — Our Values

What guides how we work.

01

Compassion first

Every family we work with is going through something hard. We meet that with patience — not judgment.

02

Evidence-based care

Our methods are grounded in proven ABA practice, not guesswork.

03

Real partnership

You're part of the team, every step of the way.
